Principal

 Frank H. Ramogida is President of The Hindry Group, dba Legends Van Rentals of Inglewood California, and of Legends Charters LLC, registered in California and Nevada. 

  Frank attended the pre-engineering program at The Ohio State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree in 1963. During his time there, he was a member of Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity and was elected to Ohio Stater’s, a student service organization honoring men active in extracurricular programs. He earned a 3.12 out of 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) in the science-heavy curricula.  He began his aerospace career in July 1963 with North American Aviation (NAA) in the Aircraft Division located in El Segundo, California. He went on to become a major lead contractor on the Apollo moon landing program and the Space Shuttle. As a Systems and Operations Analyst for NAA, he provided analysis and war gaming studies supporting advanced aircraft proposals, development, and production. Much of his career was spent as Senior Engineering Analyst on the Air Force B-1B bomber program, the weapon system widely credited with bringing down the Soviet Union and the Berlin Wall.  

 Mr. Ramogida became involved in real estate development on a part time basis in the early 1970’s. He formed a number of Limited Partnerships that purchased land and constructed multifamily housing. 

Chief Operating Officer

Owen Eldridge is a team-oriented leader with almost 20 years of experience in the building industry. Owen's work focuses on driving out inefficiencies in residential construction. He and his team are passionate about finding and developing innovative solutions for their clients in the offsite manufacturing industry. This includes working with national and international companies to continuously improve our building processes. 

Before being named vice president in December 2022, Owen spent four years as a manager with 4Ward Solutions Group, responsible for the company's consulting sales, service and support in all markets and sectors. 

Prior to joining 4Ward Solutions Group in 2019, Owen was the Operations Manager at Homestead Building Systems for 14 years. His responsibilities included procuring, manufacturing, and distributing all of Homestead's products. These activities equated to the delivery of over 750 houses per year. 

Owen also spent 10 years in the Food and Beverage industry at Red Hot & Blue, most recently as General Manager and Partner.

Director of Personnel

Dylan started his career in the building component industry with 84 Lumber where he was an Operations Manager and assisted the area manager with continuous improvement projects.

From there he joined the 4ward Solutions Group where he worked with component manufacturing facilities on cost analysis, process improvements, and best practices. He developed and currently manages the staffing arm of 4ward Labor services which specializes in providing training documentation and programs that establish best practices for in-plant and in-field offsite manufacturing staff.

Government Consultant

Tony Williams is the CEO of Global Resource Solutions (GRS). As CEO, Tony is responsible for the planning, preparation, execution and direction of the company. From one small contract, Tony was able to build GRS into a global firm with over 250 consultants around the world that specialize in Intelligence, Supply Chain Risk Management(SCRM), Specialized Security Solutions, Cyber-Risk Management Framework(RMF), Information Technology, System Engineering, Business Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, and Socio-Cultural support within the PACOM 02) and Human Resources and Administrative professional services to customers in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC),The Social Security Administration(SSA), Defense Threat Reduction Agency(DTRA), Department of Homeland Security (OHS) and The White House-Executive Office of the President (EOP). 

Mr. Williams "leads by example" by personally demonstrating the Company's leadership and project management philosophy; he has organically built the leadership on a strong foundation for growth, by offering programs, systems and professional development opportunities, to include; CostPoint, Deltek Interface, ADP, HRIS, Applicant Pro, ISO 20000, 27001, and Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), while continually instilling a strong focus on providing our clients with clear and concise road maps that will ensure their projects are completed with excellence and exceed expectations.
