The green light has been given to build a 128 unit apartment complex, on 12 acres of land we have acquired in Jackson TN. The complex will consist of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, leasing office, business center, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, storage facility, television lounge, laundry and it will be a gated community.

Our family focus & child development emphasis make us the first of its kind, offering: tutoring programs available for all age school children, Kindergarten thru High School, with ACT prep and college prep help for our High School kids. Once the school bus drops them off in the afternoon, the children can check-in to the center and begin immediately getting help with homework. Parents will be notified once the child checks in and can they monitor the child on their phones with the camera’s that are in the center. If a child completes all their homework prior to their parents returning home from work, there will be research rooms available, computer rooms and interactive learning centers available for continued educational opportunity. There will be resume assistance as well as GED assistance for adults.
